Hi, I’m Ana Maria — mom of two, inventor, and founder of The Magical Underland®.
This idea was born during one unforgettable Christmas.
My son Alex was 13 when his baby sister Laura joined our world. That year felt extra special — her very first Christmas, and another precious one with Alex before he grew up even more.
I wanted that moment to feel magical for both of them.
🎄 The Moment That Changed Everything
I bought a beautiful play tent with a Christmas scene.
They loved it — especially Laura.
But one day, Alex came to me and asked softly:
“Mom… where do I hang the ornaments I made at school?”
My heart sank.
I didn’t want to choose between celebrating Laura’s first Christmas… and honoring the traditions Alex loved.
I asked him,
“Do you like the tent?”
He said:
“Yes… but I still want to decorate a tree.”

I searched everywhere for a Christmas tree that children could play inside and decorate themselves.
Nothing existed.
Then my husband said something simple that changed everything:
“Why don’t we build one ourselves?”
