Being recognized by Women in Toys is an incredible honor and an important milestone in the journey of bringing the Magical Underland® Christmas Tree Tent to families around the world.
But the story behind the invention is even more special.
The idea for the Magical Underland® Christmas Tree Tent began because of two children: Laura and Alex.
When Laura was just a few months old, she loved spending time inside a play tent illuminated with a small light. As she grew, her younger brother Alex wanted to decorate the tent with ornaments he had made himself.
The challenge was simple.
There wasn't enough room in the family home for both a play tent and a Christmas tree.
One day, Ana Maria's husband suggested something that would change everything:
"What if we added Christmas tree branches to the outside of the tent?"
That simple idea sparked what would become the world's first Christmas Tree Tent — a Christmas tree children can actually go inside.
What started as a family conversation soon became a mission to create magical experiences for children everywhere.
Turning an idea into reality is never easy.
Over the next two years, Ana Maria worked with designers, engineers, manufacturers, and testing partners to develop a product unlike anything else on the market.
The vision was never just to create another Christmas decoration.
The goal was to create a magical space where children could:

Use their imagination
Sleep under twinkling lights
Create family memories
Wait for Santa on Christmas Eve
The result was a product that combines holiday décor, imaginative play, and family traditions into one unforgettable experience.
