At The Magical Underland®, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases of The Magical Underland® Christmas Tree Tent and related accessories.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unassembled
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • All original components must be included:
  1. Tent fabric
  2. Poles and frame
  3. Light system (if included)
  4. All connectors and accessories
  • The product must be in resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Assembled or used products
  • Items damaged due to improper assembly or misuse
  • Items returned with missing components
  • Products showing signs of wear
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)

To initiate a return for The Magical Underland® Christmas Tree Tent, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: sales@magicalunderland.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide the reason for return
  4. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) email
  5. Ship the product to the return address provided in your authorization email

⚠ Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • The Magical Underland® is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Inspection & Processing Time

Once your return is received:

  • Inspection will be completed within 3–5 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation of approval or rejection

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email sales@magicalunderland.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at sales@magicalunderland.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
