Return & Refund Policy

At The Magical Underland®, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This policy applies to purchases of The Magical Underland® Christmas Tree Tent and related products.


🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

✔ Be unused and unassembled
✔ Be in its original packaging
✔ Include all original components:

  • Tent fabric
  • Poles and frame
  • Light system (if included)
  • All connectors and accessories
    ✔ Be in resellable condition

👉 Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Assembled or used products
  • Items damaged due to improper assembly or misuse
  • Items returned with missing components
  • Products showing signs of wear
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at sales@magicalunderland.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide the reason for return
  4. Wait for your Return Authorization (RA)
  5. Ship the item to the address provided

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Magical Underland® is not responsible for lost or untracked returns

⏳ Inspection & Refund Processing

Once your return is received:

  • Inspection is completed within 3–5 business days
  • You will receive an approval or rejection email

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank

👉 Original shipping charges are non-refundable


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Brief description

👉 Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


💳 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
